Applicant Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Master's degree in Science or Engineering in a field related to Environmental Engineering, with a GPA of at least 3.25. If the GPA is below 3.25, applicants must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a related field or have published academic work in international journals. Applicants must pass the English proficiency test as required by Chiang Mai University. Applicants must have a primary thesis advisor and a plan for their doctoral dissertation. If the applicant's background in Environmental Engineering is insufficient, they must take graduate-level courses in Environmental Engineering as determined by the Graduate Program Committee or their thesis advisor. Other qualifications are at the discretion of the Graduate Program Committee of the Department of Environmental Engineering.
